About Modalities Co
What this is
A mycelial field.
Hue man, already whole.
We gather in circle — Manifesting Mondays, Witness, Coming Home, Ring of Fire, Light Language — so each fruiting body can speak, sweat, eat, sit, and be received.
The recordings are the living archive.
Anyone may listen.
No one is charged for belonging.
What we refuse
Advice unless it is asked for.
Diagnosis as identity.
Labels that split.
Helping that makes the helper the hero.
Scarcity stories.
Improving people.
How we sit
Ten stones, as we can:
- Welcome.
- Wipe off road dust.
- Gratitude.
- Unconditional listening.
- Culture of allowance.
- Lift the gifts.
- Tend peace.
- Facilitate so the quiet voice is in.
- Follow curiosity and inner vision.
- Wrap the bundle and close.
Clean questions:
- what kind of?
- where is…?
- and that’s like what?
Silence is a powerful opportunity.
If the body wants the mat, we shift to the mat.
Perspiration is preparation.
What we trust
You cannot make a mistake.
Fear is safe.
People need love.
The cage has no lock.
Where you are is perfect.
The healer is already in you.
Nature is not a backdrop.
I AM. I FEEL. We are home.
Lineage we honor, not own
Journey of Intrinsic Health.
10 Foundation Stones.
Gene Keys, Human Design, Clean Language.
Food Revolution kinship.
Every person who has ever cried, laughed, or gone quiet in these rooms.
The only rule of growth
Express fully.
Do not copy anyone’s fruit.
Your test is the testimony.
If it is messy, it is working.
If it costs money to belong, it is no longer Mycelium.
We are a conduit for connections — currents in the river of life.
Circles
Manifesting Mondays
Mondays.
We move past theory into what you are becoming.
Speak only what is yours.
Be received without fixing.
Witness
Unconditional listening.
The quiet voice gets in.
Coming Home
Perspiration is preparation.
If the body wants the mat, we shift to the mat.
Ring of Fire
Sit in the fire of who you are.
Men’s room.
No advice unless asked.
Light Language
Sound and presence beyond ordinary words — lineage honored, not owned.
Archive
The archive grows as the field speaks.
